Forms will be sent via email to complete prior to the visit to give me an idea of your current physical or emotional complaints.

Price:

I charge $160 for the first visit, that includes any testing I do. I also do a 30 min zoom meeting without testing at $50 per session. Payment will be required at the time of the visit. I do not bill or handle insurance cases.

Your first visit:

Your first appointment usually lasts about 2 hours. It is spent mostly in evaluation and consultation. That includes a follow up email with recommendations. If it is hard to get ahold of me by phone, please email me on this website. Look forward to hearing from you.
